Radio 5 va quitter les ondes moyennes le 15 septembre 2015.
À cette date les fréquences de 747 & 1251 kHz seront silencieuses sauf si un
acquéreur privé se manifeste. Cependant la antennes émettrices étant
obsolètes, elles devront être remplacées, ce qui rend l'investissement très
incertain.
Il est probable que les deux autres fréquences en ondes moyennes, Groot
Nieuws Radio sur 1008 kHz et Radio Maria sur 675 kHz, subissent rapidement le
même sort.

Radio 5 medium wave will leave Sept. 15, 2015.
At that time the frequencies of 747 kHz & 1251 will be silent unless a
private buyer appears. However, the transmitting antennas are outdated, they
need to be replaced, which makes the investment very uncertain.
It is likely that the other two medium-wave frequencies, Groot Nieuws Radio
on 1008 kHz and 675 kHz on Radio Maria, quickly suffer the same fate.
