scanning HF, I find this... what I think are psk bursts... and then a 
very interesting looking OFDM, at 6874khz, then once it stopped 
transmitting, it moved to 6883khz
I used my tecsun pl-600 radio and longwire antenna to receive this, and 
because the pl-600 has a built in low pass filter, higher frequencies 
are weaker.

baud rate of OFDM: 580hz (info from SA OFDM: LS=409 LG=60 Br=21.325 
Sh=24.991)
looking at the OFDM, there are 14 "off" channels

more detail: ["on" channels: 1-4, 8-16, 18-23, 25-35, 37-44, 46-47, 
49-60, 62, 64-68, 70-73, 75-77, 79-82, 84-121]
