P.S My RF port is fucked because of a neighbour running Internet over Powerline.
CB is not protected from this. Only strong DX signals make it through.
Since PLC uses two wires of the house wiring, making two antennas of TXed QRM,
QRM-eliminators do not work. (Phase cancellation).
