Added a new command to reset comms between VARA modem and JNOS :
varacmd reset
I have been noticing trouble getting the TCP/IP interfaces with the VARA
modem
working properly in Windows 10, sometimes only the cmd channel connects,
some
times only the data channel, I don't know why at this time, so this is just
a
quick and dirty way to reset the TCP/IP interface between the VARA modem
and
JNOS.
The frustrating part for me is sometimes this new reset does not even work,
so in the end I usually have to restart JNOS or VARA modem or both, grrrr.
I will figure it out eventually. It is just annoying to deal with ...

Note, I can confirm VARA FM also works, same modem, just different
modulation
techniques on the radio side. Also, I have added support to remote control
PTT
on the Windows PC from JNOS using UDP commands to a PERL UDP listener that
runs
on the same PC as the VARA modem does. It's rudamentary, but works for me

Ready to declare the first prototype, evening of January 16, this is
working
quite well, almost flabbergasted. I am now using PPP as part of the code,
and
the interface is now an IP bridge - JNOS to JNOS using VARA HF modems ...
Initially started working on the VARA HF interface on January 5, 2021
Just have to tidy up the code a bit, and document the heck out of it.
Latest prototype code is found under RSYNC area, look for 'varadev.tar'
file
(make sure you #define PPP and #define EA5HVK_VARA in your config.h)
Also I have confirmation that the WinRPR is working very well, just as
good as the old TNC setups from years ago - I am very happy with this.
Note : winrpr.c was updated, fixed mistake in dump() call, thanks Aaron.
