Ray,
The released version does not have the latest updates for secure logon.
It only supports Secure Logon for the BBS Call, and the password for
that goes in the Password (not the CMSPass) field on the RMS user record.
The CMSPass in the Telnet config is used to authenticate the Gateway,
which is a separate process to authenticating the user.

Recently upgraded with the most recent installer in anticipation of
Winlink secure login mandate that is forthcoming. Verified now running
engine 6.0.11.1 and Mail 1.4.64.1. Upgrade allowing the installer to
overwrite the contents of the existing program and data folders.
Direct connects to the CMS application from the console generate a
'secure login required' error. Have verified that the pw in the config
under the telnet config matches the pw on file with Winlink.
Forwarding / polling of the RMS user via telnet port generates similar
error. Have verified that passwords on user entry (CMS pass) and config
file all match what is on file with Winlink. Have unchecked all user
polling, and basic forward connect still generates the error.

If secure login is disabled on the Winlink.org profile, everything works
perfectly. I manage two nodes, and both generate this error.
I'm likely missing something obvious, any assistance to point me in the
right direction appreciated.
