I for one have never objected to web access for reading bulletins.
Transferring bulletins by non-ham means though, from one BBS to another
is directly harmful to the amateur radio service and no amateur who
cares about the hobby would touch that with a ten-foot pole, or
associate with any "amateur" who does.
