Best I can tell the ability for normal users to "Kill" off ST type
messages is standard and expected behavior across most BBS packages.
Also expected behavior by user software like Outpost.
If your users can't take/clear traffic off the BBS then you run the
risks of dupe delivery/handling and it piling up to where polling cycles
are going to get crazy long. Good idea to remember that when it hits the
fan and NTS is really needed then you're probably not going to be
dealing with a few messages, but dozens if not hundreds of messages.
If the behavior needs adjusting, then make it a master setting option
that the BBS system can set per need.
