i'am looking for Packet Radio User in these areas.
Are there stations on these areas present?
Are there stations with HF channel 24?
What is your QTH and locator?
And are there some stations in your own location, especially in
HF communication?

My intention is to know, is Packet Radio present in our neighborhood on the
eastside from germany like in pasttime in approx. 20 years ago.
