Hi Red,

PLC sources are (almost) the easiest type of QRM to eliminate properly. Been 
there and done that a couple of times now in the past years.

Not sure how you relation is with your neighbour, but you sure have some 
options. Best one is to just wire your neighbour's boxes without using PLCs. 
Did that twice now... In one case it was a bit hard to convince the good old 
man, but after some chatting he was convinced and willing to help me. And 
now he's still thankful because his TV porn streams aren't blocky anymore. 
:)

There are also some PLC sets known that not cause heavily QRM within 10/11m 
band, if cabling isn't an option. 

When the neighbour has old KPN PLCs there's a (one man) department at KPN 
which can swap them too. Very helpful man, but you have to be patient and 
there's a risk the QRM is getting worse somewhere else in the HF range.
